Frustration, irritation and annoyance are normal emotions for people to experience in relationships with friends, partners, etc. Rather than assuming these emotions indicate wrongdoing, it can be helpful to understand and process them in healthy ways.
Social and electronic media are large influences in life and it can be helpful to remember there is no substitute for face-to-face contact, conversations and meetings. It is usually more nourishing and feels more satisfying when we catch-up in person.
